Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a quote, we ask for:

Your name, business email, and message (required)
Your company, phone number, state or country, the product you are interested in, estimated quantity, and target delivery date (optional)

If you reply to our emails, for example to send your logo for a free mockup, we also receive what you send.

We do not ask for payment details, ID numbers, or dates of birth, and the site has no user accounts.

Information sent automatically

With a quote request: the address of the page you sent it from, a request ID that lets us spot duplicate requests, a spam check result, and the source information described below.
On every visit: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser details so it can deliver pages and block attacks.

Source information

When you first arrive, your browser’s local storage keeps a note of how you found us: the address you landed on, the website that sent you, any ad or campaign tags in the link (for example gclid or utm_source), and the time. If you come back later through another link, the most recent source is noted as well. This note stays in your browser for 90 days and is sent to us only if you request a quote. It helps us learn which ads and websites bring us customers.

To keep a record of inquiries and measure which marketing works
To keep the site running and protect it from spam and abuse

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and answer your request:

Cloudflare hosts the website and the quote form, and checks quote requests for spam using signals from your browser and device.
Airtable stores our inquiry records, including whether our emails to you were delivered.
Resend sends the email notice of your request to our team and the confirmation email to you, and tells us whether each email was delivered.
Pushover sends our team a phone alert with only your company name and the product you asked about.
GitHub runs an internal daily report that reads our inquiry records.
Our company email provider delivers the emails we exchange with you.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site itself sets no cookies. The spam check on the quote form (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs only on that page and sets no cookies either.

The site uses your browser’s local storage for the source information described above, and session storage to note once that your quote request went through; that note is deleted as soon as it is used. You can clear both at any time in your browser settings, and the site works without them.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics records which pages you view, how you reached the site, the actions you take here (such as viewing a product or starting the quote form), your browser and device type, and your approximate region based on your IP address; it does not store your full IP address. It does not receive your name, email address, or phone number. To do this it sets two cookies on this site’s domain: _ga, which holds a random visitor identifier, and _ga_ followed by our property ID, which keeps track of your current visit. Google sets both to expire after two years. We use this information only to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Google’s handling of the data is described in Google’s privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

Do Not Track

This site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, and Google Analytics does not change its behavior when it receives them.

Other companies

Apart from Google Analytics as described above, no other company collects information about your activity on this site over time and across other websites. We do not run advertising or retargeting code on this site.

How long we keep it
